Two grant agreements amounting to 105 Million Pound Sterling (approximately 4.71 Billion ETB ), was signed today July 28/2020 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the United Kingdom (UK) at a ceremony held at the Ministry of Finance (MoF).

H.E. Dr. Eyob Tekalign, State Minister of Finance attended a virtual meeting on the promotion of investment opportunities in Ethiopia to French companies. 

H.E Ahmed Shide, Minister of Finance met with H.E Ambassador Mohammed Abdi Affey, UNHCR Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa. Their discussion focused on the overall refugee situation in the Horn.

The Ministry of Finance and the Ethiopian Communication launched the virtual Bidders Conference of the Telecommunications Sector Liberalization process.
